The Zara Boyfriend Jeans I Didn’t Realize I’d Love

It’s no secret that I love Zara. It’s probably my favorite store because of it’s unique trends and constant turn-over of new items. Unfortunately, the one thing I’ve never been able to find at Zara are jeans (hellooo muscular legs). Until now. Enter the Zara boyfriend jeans that I didn’t realize I’d love.

I tried this pair of Zara boyfriend jeans on while shopping with a friend because I really liked the distressed look and have been on the lookout for a ripped pair now that it’s getting slightly warmer. When I put these boyfriend jeans on, I wasn’t sure if I loved them or hated them, but at 40 EUR I figured it was worth giving them a shot.

I brought them home and spent a good thirty minutes in front of the mirror trying to decide if I felt they worked. I wore them for the first time with my “always late” sweatshirt and Superga sneakers. It was Jon who convinced me that they were cute, and as I wore them throughout the day, I had to agree. On top of that, they’re probably the most comfortable jeans I’ve ever worn. And I know how big of a statement that is. I’ve worn them three or four times a week since I got them.

For this shoot, I wanted to elevate my Zara boyfriend jeans a little from the usual sneakers and jeans combo. I paired them with a blouse that I bought last year at H&M for under $20 and has turned out to be one of my favorites. I also threw on my Rebecca Minkoff boots because it’s not quite warm enough to start wearing peep-toes.

I can definitely say that these Zara boyfriend jeans are by far my favorite pair now, which is big considering how loyal I am to my J. Crew toothpicks. I’m expect you’ll be seeing much more of them!
