Split Hem Pants Trend

Anyone else ready for spring trends? I’ve been dying to put away my boots and sweaters in favor of floral dresses and sandals. Of course, I’m aware that the weather isn’t going to warm up that much for a few months. But that doesn’t mean you can’t start getting into spring trends. One of my favorites to wear now? The split hem pants trend.

I’m all about shopping smart, especially when it comes to trends. It’s important to ask yourself how many ways you’re going to wear something before purchasing. And the best thing about the split hem pants trend is that there are so many ways to wear it.

Since it’s still pretty cold in Amsterdam (hanging around 45F right now), I decided some layering was necessary. First I threw on this pair of Mango split hem pants. They’re the perfect color for transitioning between seasons. A lightweight turtleneck and a checked blazer make this look perfect for work. Of course, I had to complete the look with my favorite new bag and heeled boots.

These pants are incredibly versatile, and I can think of so many ways to wear them. I’m really looking forward to continuing to wear the split hem pants trend as the weather warms up. I can already see myself sitting on the patio with a glass of rosé in these pants and sandals. But until then, they make the best base for sweaters, blazers, and pretty long sleeve blouses.
