Depending on where you are in the world, NYE will probably look very different. Some places are open and will be having wild parties. Some places, like the Netherlands, will be in total lockdown. But no matter how you’re ringing in the new year, there’s always room for a festive outfit. Something about the changing of the year always brings hope, and I firmly believe in dressing up to start the year on a positive note.
