We’re in our sixth month of lockdown in the Netherlands, and it’s a pretty rare thing when I get dressed up. Most days it’s leggings and a sweater. But when I’m able to schedule a coffee date with a friend, I always make sure that my closet gets some use.
I met my friend Tamsin last week who is also a photographer. We had a great time catching up and strolling around the city on a decent weather day. It gave me an excuse to pull out my new blazer (EU). I didn’t know I needed a neutral blazer until I put this one on during a shopping appointment at H&M the other day.
My neutral blazer outfit consisted of my new Zara mom jeans (EU) and the Sézane boots (EU) that I can’t get enough of. In order to keep the neutral blazer from looking bulky, I just layered a navy tank underneath. A scarf in my hair and last year’s Mango tote bag finished off the spring look.
I’d been looking for an excuse to wear looser jeans tucked into my Sézane boots for a while. It’s the current trendy way to wear calf or knee high boots. When I picked up this pair for this post on non-skinny jeans, I knew they’d be perfect for the look.
This neutral blazer outfit is definitely a more trendy look, but it’s perfect for early spring before things get too warm. Tell me, would you wear this neutral blazer outfit?
And if you’re looking for more spring inspiration, check out this post on the best pairs of non-skinny jeans.
