Hellllllo Friday. It sure is good to see you again. I’m feeling pretty positive today because we’re getting some beautiful sunshine after some crazy rain last night. I’ve really come to appreciate every little bit of sunshine we get. It’s going to rain every day for the foreseeable future, so I’m going to make sure and get a good walk outside in the sun today.
I’m going into this weekend feeling quite sore. I took a boxing class at Saints & Stars yesterday. One of my friends teaches it, and I’ve been overdue to take one of her classes. I haven’t been boxing since October, so I can barely lift my arms today. Oops!
If you know me, you know that I’m never not planning travel. Jon and I are headed to ski in Chamonix next weekend. Everything is pretty much booked, so I’m starting to dream about our next trip. My birthday is at the end of next month, and I’m debating going to Brugge or doing a staycation at a nice hotel in Amsterdam.
I keep talking about my travel plans because I feel like life isn’t crazy interesting in Amsterdam at the moment. I’ve been primarily working and working out. But I am making an effort to get out more and do things/see people during the week. Jon and I had our favorite dinner at Cecconi’s this week (best kale salad in the NL) and next week I’ve got plans to grab drinks with a friend.
How has your week been? Any fun weekend plans?
Xx, Kelsey
FRIDAY FAVORITES: ROUND 3, WEEK 6
Obsessed with this floral skirt. The darker colors make it easy to transition into spring. Wear with a sweater and tights now. Wear with sandals and a tank later.
Just bought a few fun items from Mango. These pants (on sale!) and this bag. Obviously I’m on a cream kick.
Jon and I have started watching two new Netflix shows. This one is Dutch and actually dubbed in English. This one has just gotten reallyyy interesting.
Sweater dresses have been my latest obsession and I’m sharing super cute options in this post.
Obsessed with the scent of this candle and this candle. I didn’t bring any Bath & Body Works candles back from the States, so Jon and I had to find some elsewhere in Amsterdam.
My favorite brown croc boots are finally available in the US! Jon calls them my Woody boots and says I look like I could be from Toy Story. I don’t care though because they’re really fab boots. (Under $100 too!).
