TGIF! Anyone else completely blown away that it’s STILL January? Honestly this month has been going on forever. Per usual, it’s been insanely dark and gloomy in Amsterdam (other than this beautiful sunrise Monday morning). But that’s ok because I’m packing my suitcase once again.
Jon and I are headed to NY for our first trip stateside in 2020. We’re going for a wedding at the end of the week. It worked out that Jon has to be in his NY office this week, so we figured we’d go together. I’ll stay in his hotel and work from the Bloomeffects office for the week. It’s so nice when things work out like that.
This week wasn’t crazy eventful. Primarily just work and working out. I’ve really upped my workout plan as part of my 2020 goals, and I’m feeling so good. Jon and I also cut out alcohol and excess snacking. It’s honestly so nice to get back to healthy habits after the holidays.
I’m going to keep this week’s Friday Favorites short. No one wants to read about how I worked all week long and slept a lot because I’ve been super tired.
So on that note. Head below for all the best finds of the week and let me know if you’ve got any weekend plans in the comments.
Xx, Kelsey
FRIDAY FAVORITES: ROUND 3, WEEK 2
I’m selling a bunch of clothes and bringing them back to the US to ship on Monday. If you’re interested in shopping my closet find me here. Just make sure you purchase by end of day Saturday, since I have to pack it!
Mango is having a huge sale. Everything is up to 70% off. My eyes are on this coat, this cardigan, and this top.
Have you watched Netflix’s newest drama? I debunked all of the things they got completely wrong about figure skating in this post.
Speaking of figure skating. If you’re in the US, Nationals is this weekend and will be on NBC. I suggest you tune in to watch this guy. I trained with him when we were kids – he was like four years old and landing his axel!
Really feeling sweater dresses lately. This one is a staple in my closet, and I just picked up this fun style.
H&M is ready for spring already, and I honestly need that fresh breath of air. I’m looking at these pants and this dress.
One of my fave ways to transition from winter to spring when it’s still cold (talked about in this post) is to switch up my color palette. These are some of the key colors you can start adding in now.
Thinking about getting this skincare tool. I’m a little intimidated by it, but also a little excited.
