Happy Friday my friends. I’ve been spending a lot of this week focused on getting in the right headspace. I’ve had a lot of stress over the past few weeks, which has really been wearing on me. So last night I finally made the decision to not let this stress rule my life anymore. I’ve become so exhausted that I just can’t put forth the energy to care. Do you ever feel that way?
I’m taking steps toward relaxing, and thinking I’ll spend this evening giving myself a much needed manicure. I’m also happy because I have a full weekend off (read: no teaching spin), so Jon and I are going to head up to Zaanse Schans to check out a little Dutch history.
