Friday Favorites: Round 2, Week 38

TGIF, amiright? So ready for this weekend. I’ve been working in NYC for the past two weeks, but tonight I get to head home to Amsterdam. I love being able to visit one of my favorite cities for work, but I miss Jon terribly every time.

It’s really true that work travel is actually much harder than you’d initially think. Especially if you have loved ones who are back home. I’ve actually only been home for eight days in the past six weeks. So it’s an understatement to say I’m ready to be home.

Plans this weekend include sleeping off jet lag and hanging with Jon. Amsterdam is supposed to be chilly and rainy when I get back (no surprise there). But it’s perfect cuddle weather.

Work has been keeping me so busy, so I’m looking forward to getting back on a normal routine. Workouts, work, and getting back on my regular blogging schedule.

FRIDAY FAVORITES: ROUND 2, WEEK 38

I couldn’t help but buy some fall decorations to take home with me. Fall isn’t really celebrated in The Netherlands, so I picked up this pumpkin and these pinecones. Excited to decorate our apartment.

Halloween is just around the corner, but I’ve been so busy that I’ve hardly thought about my plans for my favorite holiday. Last year, I put together this list of costumes that are anything but basic. Thinking I might just pick something off that list this year.

How pretty is this top? It’s perfect for going out in the winter time.

Went out to dinner at this restaurant with my friends last night. I’m not usually super into Brazilian food, but this was so fresh and delicious.

Croc effect boots are really on trend this fall. I’ve got my eye on this pair. Might have to treat myself soon.

My final breakfast in New York I had this yogurt. I used to be obsessed with this stuff. It was the perfect morning treat.

I put together this list of fall favorites that are on my list or already in my closet this fall. I’m excited to be back in Amsterdam and wearing all my cozy faves.
