Joyeux Vendredi! I spent the first half of the week working from Paris, so still feeling those French vibes. We stayed in the most gorgeous Airbnb in Montmartre with views over all of Paris. I just about died sitting in the window at night, listening to an accordion play below. Swear it felt like something straight out of a movie.
I count myself really lucky to be able to travel and work. My boss was traveling to Paris for work and asked if I wanted to work from there with her, since I usually work from her kitchen table. (Startup life!).
Even though I had the most amazing time in Paris, I’m happy to be home. Although on Wednesday I was about to teach spin again, when I slipped and rolled my ankle. So I’ve been spending the back half of the week icing and elevating it. Thankfully it’s just a strain, and I’m hoping to be back on the bike this weekend.

FRIDAY FAVORITES: ROUND 2, WEEK 23 & 24
This rooftop in Paris is the cutest thing with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. They don’t do reservations, but we arrived right at opening for lunch at 12. It was perfect.
Mango is having a stellar summer sale. I picked up this easy dress. It’s so lightweight, and I actually like it better without the belt.
Also going to order these linen pants. Hello summer staple!
Just started watching Stranger Things 3 last night. It’s already so good! Also started this show, but not sure what I think. It’s pretty dark.
Booked another trip to New York later this year. I’m excited to be going back. I always find all the cheapest flights by searching this site. You can even search for “everywhere,” and it’ll rank by lowest price for when you want to go if you don’t have a set destination.
Everything I bought in Paris had polka dots on it, like this dress and this dress. I was a little surprised polka dots are still on trend, but not upset about it one bit!!
Been thinking more about this post on body acceptance lately. I love revisiting it, especially during the summer.
