Happy Friday from (finally) sunny Amsterdam! It seems like I brought the sun back with me from Portugal, and I’m not upset about it. It is really starting to feel like summer. Which means summer is going to stay like this or its going to last all of a week.
I feel like I’ve really been getting into my groove lately. It especially feels good to be back to traveling. The very best thing about living abroad is being able to travel. Portugal was just a two hour flight away. And next week, I’m headed to Paris!
Paris is my favorite city, but somehow I’ve only ever been twice. I was just thinking the other day that it’s a shame I’ve only been once in the (almost) two years we’ve been here. And literally the next day my boss asked if I wanted to go work from there with her next week.
I feel so fortunate to travel like this. And to have a job that allows that kind of flexibility. And to have had this opportunity to live abroad. Guess I’m just feeling a lot of gratitude this week!
