Happy Friday from chilly, grey Amsterdam! The Netherlands gave us a little tease of spring weather back around Easter and has just been beating us over the head with grey and chilly days since. It’s really got me missing last weekend in sunny Bordeaux.
This week was thankfully fairly short since we were still in Bordeaux on Monday. But (of course) I still managed to pack it with so much to do. Things have slowed down from the Bloomeffects event, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a ton to do. I also managed to fit in dinner at the Hoxton with a girlfriend last night. Some of the best restaurants in Amsterdam are located in hotels, like the Hoxton or Pulitzer.
I’m excited to take it easy this weekend. I’m going to be teaching a few spin classes and trying out a new boxing gym called Underground. Other than that, I don’t really have plans. Sometimes it’s nice just to take it easy. Especially since the past month or so has been crazy. And I know it’s going to get busy again as it always does.
What are your weekend plans?
Xx, Kelsey
FRIDAY FAVORITES: ROUND 2, WEEK 18
Classpass just launched in The Netherlands and is offering your first month FREE! (And then get 40EUR off your first plan here) I signed up this week to start checking out some new workouts outside of spin.
Purchased these mules from Asos and was so sad they’re too small. Trying to decide if it’s worth ordering them in a bigger size.
Finally took the plunge and ordered these $50 sunglasses that I’ve been lusting after for months. Not disappointed in my purchase!
Putting in an order for Nike and these are on it. I’ve been in need of a good white summer sneaker.
This hydrating serum that I picked up in Bordeaux. Caudalie is actually from a vineyard in the area, and I am impressed by how lightweight and hydrating this formula is.
I’ve been obsessing over white dresses lately. This one caught my eye today on Instagram.
