I have to admit when it comes to drinking at home, I’m a creature of habit. I almost exclusively drink red wine, even though I love a good cocktail. When my best friend recently launched her wine and cocktail vlog, Sipping with Symone, I knew that I had no excuse not to learn. So while Symone was in Amsterdam this past weekend, she taught me how to make an easy pomegranate martini to share with you.
It’s only FIVE ingredients (six if you’re into fancy garnishes like me), and super easy to make at home. Symone helped me stock my non-existent liquor cabinet with the basics to make this easy pomegranate martini, and now I have no excuse not to switch up my wine drinking with the occasional cocktail. Plus, it’s so easy and looks so pretty that it’s the perfect drink for entertaining guests. And I love feeling fancy shaking a cocktail shaker like I know what I’m doing.
Let me know if you try making this pomegranate martini and what you think! And if you have any other easy cocktail ideas to help me switch it up, leave them in the comments.
Xx, Kelsey
