It’s really easy when you live with your significant other to get into routines and habits. Even when it comes to date night. So sometimes it’s nice to change it up a bit and elevate my date night look.
One of the key things about dressing up for date night in Amsterdam, is that you can’t just throw on a slinky black dress and go. It’s usually too cold for that.
So when I saw the new Doutzen’s Stories collection for Hunkemöller, I was immediately drawn to bodysuits, like this one or this one. They’re the perfect way to dress up your date night look, while still wearing jeans and staying warm.
For this date night look, I wore the Black Magic bodysuit with my favorite black skinny jeans. I threw a classic black blazer over the top for both warmth and coverage. A pair of over-the-knee boots and my signature curls finished off the look.
It’s a simple combination, but that little bit of extra effort is worth it for date night, don’t you think?
